Mostly finished the Raptor packs now, here they are as a WIP. Figs by Eureka Miniatures.
Overall, I think they came out nicely dynamic after a bit of flexing and posing, and the colours are OK. Kinda what I wanted with the blue stripes and a bit brighter than your traditional green/greys.
This is the first time Ive painted anything over 6mm for ages, and the first time Ive done animals. ?While they are just for family Dino Hunt games, Id still appreciate any feedback and tips for improvements - thanks!

Overall I like the paint job. My only issue is I would not have based then three to the base. I would like to repurpose them into other games as well. 15mm Jurassic Park type game, or pack of small Dino-Kaiju. Just my personal thing.
In any case, they look nice.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I'll post another pic when they are based and finished.
Dafrca - they come modelled in a trio to use as a "pack". ?Ive got a couple of singles also, yet to be done.
Primarch ?- the Raptors are for a fun Dinosaur hunting game called "Saurian Safari": ?see page 14 of this thread for a description and some pics of the game in action. I have lots of big plastic toy dinos, but no smaller type sized ones so I got these.

My next hunt (hopefully next week or so) will include a few "suprises"...such as a stealth cloaked Predator also on a hunt

Yes it is - this and Godzilla games are specifically to play with them (train them as serious opponents early?) and have some fun family time. ?I only get to pay epic rarely so wanted to get some games in and also use all this scenery I have!
EDIT: Now I think about it, Mojarn ordered a copy as well, after seeing the fun you can have with it even with small kids.
How did you find them Mojarn? Managed to get a game in yet?

Im off to Melbourne for 4 days R&R at my buddy's place: gaming, modelling, shopping (at Eureka Miniatures - Nic there is an old mate of mine), and war movies- sweet!
I'll be checking in, but not at the usual frequency.

You said you had made some house rules. I'd be interested in hearing about those.

Down in Melbourne - toured the old gaming shop haunts, and the new ones! Spent lots of bucks (as expected) on stuff various, had a game of Star Wars minis (loved it!), Monster Island scheduled for tonight, and off to Eurekea Miniatures in the morning before some Epic in the afternoon
