Not at all V - I am living my modelling through you at the moment due to rather hectic work and sea schedules....
the massed 4 Landtrains + wagons I assembled and have started painting are all VSF-bound | I knew you wouldnt let me down!

Later..... Have started painting the Ogre and the DE BFG and the Gothicomp ships. And I finally found a solution to the Andrayad command bases - pieces of old wooden blind slats! So the two command bases are based (they're based, therefore they are ).

Quote (vanvlak @ 11 June 2006 (10:27)) | here's a pic of the final output of the assembly/mould line removal/undercoat fest - although I might add a couple more small items by nightfall today. | Well done V. I like that it is a scattering of scales and manufacturers. Makes for a great "Something for everyone" group shot.

I'm sad to say that today was a total wash. In a vain attempt to stay fit, I played Ultimate all afternoon, and then hosted a BBQ in the evening. Maybe I'll make up for lost time during the week.
Thanks dafrca! The motivation really helps!
ps. Did you ever get a game of FTJava going?
pps. I too request that which must not be named.

Quote (Tas @ 12 June 2006 (03:09)) | Well that looks like quite an effort to get that lot done amongst your other Uni work - well done!
Some interesting looking titles there on your bookshelf...
Tas - sorry, the surprise didn't make it today. |
All in good time | Sigh... when I get that PhD done....
The books which get into some of my photos are usually either the ones on the astronomy shelf (as seen here) or the ones in the shelf-for-any-books-which-do-not-fit-into-smaller-shelves - you can just see a grand book in top condition I managed to buy from a clearance sale, on the terracoota army of the 1st emperor of China.
The surprise requires (shudder) a spot of very basic sculpting, hence the general trepidation....
