Thanks. Taking out the 70% max width just means that the page width remains the same but you only get the left side of the (larger) picture.

On my machine, both pictures appear the same size, both are smaller than the original to fit the page. The attached one can be double clicked to bring up a full size image in a new window. This works in both IE and FF.
