Hi Guys,
Sorry if you've E-mailed me and I haven't responded... I've been basically sleeping off the fever and doing little else for the past few days...
I'm catching up now.
And I think the worst of it is over... no longer clammy or with a high temperature... going to try to go to the gym tonight and make a light workout.
