Sounds like you had a fun night of gaming. 
Too bad you didn't play Civilization. That's one of my favorite games. If you haven't picked up a copy of Advanced Civilization, I highly recommend it.

I have played both... we might have played, but Civilization really requires four or more to make it happen.

I've played Civ many times with three players. Granted it's not as good as having 4+ players, but it's still enjoyable.
