I'll start this with th caveat that I stopped playing Modern Naval combat games because I got annoyed when they werent totally realistic or accurate
Haropoon is great for detail
Shipwreck is most fun and while it is abstracted a lot, it actually feels more realistic and flows better. I sbmitted a LOT of data for that game and helped write the supplement RIMPAC as well
I havent seen TANKWRECK though and would be interested in more detail on that one
