Yep. They have the combat stats of a normal human grunt, although their morale is higher.

Not exactly... see, my fluff on "Order of the Emperor's Wrath" is that they are a covert project of Ordo Hereticus, who tries to recreate efficiency of Space Marines on female subjects without any gene-seed, but a delicate amount of genetic engineering, augmetic implants, chemical agents and a lot of psycho-conditioning not unlike what Marines undergo. In all respect, after two thousand years, they have succeeded...
And they ain't stopped yet... They try to go beyond even that...
