I package items carefully but can't be held responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged once in the care of shippers. Payment must be received within 5 days of auctions end or item may be relisted without notice. |
And your pics prove straightly otherwise. Simply put, he's an a**hole. Inform e-bay of how did he send you your purchase, and warn other e-bayers of him as well.

I had to bring this thread up again.
I sent the seller an email telling him what had happened and how I felt. I also sent them the picture I posted here. I then just forgot about it. To be honest, I did not expect the seller to do much of anything.
Anyway, I did not hear from them and expected I would not. That is until Saturday, a package shows up at my house. I opened it and found a bag filled mith mixed IG stands. Troops, Bikes, Robots, RR, and some loose troops. At first I thought it was part of a trade I had going, then I realized is was not. I went through the ebay buys I still had outstanding thining I may have received the wrong box. Then I realized some fo the stands had been base colored a redish brown. It rang a bell. I went out to my Horde and sure enough they matched the stands in this "broken" auction.
I sent the seller an email and asked if they were from him. He responded today, Yes, he felt so bad he wanted to do something. So he sent me enough replacements I could fix what was due me and more.
So in the end, the seller made good on the situation. He admited he just did not think when he packed the original box, and he proved to me he was a stand up guy.
So the story has a nice ending.

What was the sellers name? He deserves three cheers for correcting this. Many, many ebayers would not. Huzzah!!
