Ok, I make our total now around about 400,000 pts + what Krooza's stuff adds upto.
I think we may beat you Primarch!
Cheers
Chris

I have 9 Epic Armies - but will stay neutral, as Primarch is a fellow Master of the Fleet !

Well Chris as an American, I'm use to being blamed for many things ! And Primarch, most of my forces are painted, however some are still a work in progress, based on modified SM1 stats, total points would be around 15,000 - 20,000 ...

Some of the armies and units didn't exist in SM1, so we had to adapt ... and continue to do so ...

Hi!
So you still use the the original point structure with estimates for new units? I never figured a formula for AT, did you?

Yes, we generally use the SM1 points, with an occasional modification. We played with a formula, but it proved to be more trouble than it was worth. So basically with SM1 as a guide, we interpolate the data. But as I said there were no 'Nids, Tau etc., in SM1 and SM2 brought out new models, like Chaos Engines, Thunderhawks, etc. so it is a "living" process ... and we are flexible ...

Hi!
I ended doing something similar with Heresy, since a formal points system never can be fully fullproof. I just use it to make a standard to which I measure all other units and place their price accordingly to performance in a game.
