Here is the response (from RickP and a follow on comment)
As far as I know Colin Grayson made all the scenery for the day - the huts may have been resin copies of originals - at least I hope so as that means we can have more! All the pygmies, boats and special pieces could potentially be released as part of the Warmaster range in the future... we just weren't sure there's much demand for pygmies... the temples would be scratch built.

I stand corrected! I saw the little huts and py... err small carniverous folk... as Colin was making them but I didn't see the temples so I just assumed they were scratch built...

So they were scratch-built and then cast up.
It looks unlikely that they will be made available (which is a shame).

To be fair, they probably sell a lot more of those than epic stuff. Even at the ridiculous prices.
