I was under the impression that it was a requirement in the UK law that any online store must provide at least an operating address, and contact details on the site....

I totally get that when it is someone like Irregular Miniatures, where they are casting in their shed and put it right there on the web site, and still manage to get orders out quickly. But, when you run a store which is currently one of the largest in the UK online, its about priorities.
