So I received my stuff today... I'm not very happy.

The sprues were thrown into a padded envelope that was far too big, and so they've rattled around in transit resulting in many models being snapped/very bent at the ankles (~20 models over 6 sprues) and several with other kinds of damage, including several of the rarer models such as harlequins.

Is it worth me saying anything do you think folks? I know he's not the only trader in the world but he does get some good lots and I don't want to piss him off, but just some simple cardboard wrapped around the sprues and a correctly sized bag would have done the trickl.

I find it troubling that you would be afraid to contact me when you have an issue with the items you ordered. A simple e-mail would have resolved this problem very quickly and effectively.
I am sorry that the items were damaged in transit. I ship hundreds of packages and it is extremely rare that something gets damaged as you described. I really cannot account for how the postal system handles the packages, especially with overseas orders. I use padded mailers whenever possible for overseas orders to save on shipping, boxes add a lot of extra weight to the items which often causes the items shipping cost to increase drastically. I probably should have taken a bit more care with these since they are a bit more fragile then most other items.
I just issued a 50% refund thru paypal. Please contact me if this does not cover the extent of the damages and I will do whatever I can to fix the problem. I also have a few more sprues left if you can let me know what models were damaged I will remove them from the sprues and send them out to you free of charge.

Just wanted to add a quick follow up. I've had a chat to Chaosorc and I really regret not having contacted him first - as his reply suggested he's been very kind and refunded me half of my order and offered me replacement models as required.

I feel pretty bad that I posted here before speaking to him, and in retrospect it was totally the wrong thing to do as he's since been very helpful. Consider this a thumbs up for Chaosorc from me!

I will close this now, as it has all been resolved more than fairly in my opinion. Well done ChaosOrc.
