Yeah, they look like they're being good - my daughter was practicing her "poo-art" on the walls yesterday...

I sure hope that means drawing Winnie the Pooh, the bear, as oppsoed to the art medium... :O

Hi!

Your kids are being very good Dafrca, mine are a pain in the rear.... :D

Yours too? Must run in the Primarch gene. I shudder to think what happens when (if) I reach full primarchdom instead of  just being an apprentice... :p

Wait a minute, Dafrca is in "the family" too.  ???

Seriously, I think the whole kernel of parentdom was summed up nicely by Bill Watterson in a comic strip where Calvin ran away when they were in a Zoo. When searching for him his father thought:"Being a parent is wanting to hug and strangle your kid at the same time."  :)

Yep, been there myself.  :p

Just remember I said they were being good at that one point in time. I never said they were like that all of the time. In fact, they can have quite the moments when they break free of all reason and sanity!

Picked up the BMW Films on DVD. For "Ads" they are quite fun!

School sucks for us as parents. Every year it seems we have to go through a time of sickness. maddy is sick again this weekend. She is not sick all Summer and then twice in three weeks once school starts.

Well, it just means I get to be awake to see such fun events as 2:00 am, Sunrise, and the paper boy doing his rounds.  :D

I hope she gets better soon. It's ironic that she didn't get sick until school started.

Sad to say it is common. New kids mean new germs. They all get together and exchange and for the first few weeks it is a pain. It gets better the older they are (more exposure I am sure).

Preschool is the worst for this because at that point they are also in the "hand to mouth" stage.  :(

Oh well. give it a couple of days and all is well.

This and the fact that, with any luck, the immune system of 15 years old is better than that of 10 years old which is in turn better than that of 5 years old.

Now, if only this was a monotonic function increasing with age...  :p

Schools & such are a real breeding ground for germs & viruses. I'm starting to think Nurgle cultists have taken over the education system.   :p
