I added a couple of new ones using WMN's skull as Xavi suggested.. they are just roughs, so the boundry between the skull & gear is a little scrappy.

And if your system can read PaintShopPro files WMN, you are welcome to use the basic gear shapes I put up...

Are you going to do one shirt or are we going to do an Epicoms shirt too?

There is a good chance of an EpiComms shirt (and cap, and mouse mat, and mug, and...), but I will wait for netepic to sort his out first. Once he has hisup and running, and he can sort out the issues of shipping, check the quality and so on, then we can start working on an EpiComms version as well. I just dont want to distract the issue with too much at once.

It is cool, what is the legal aspect on it using a GW figure on a t-shirt?

I am the copyright owner of the photograph, and that is what counts.
In theory if I took a photograph of the cover of a book then we would be on dodgy legal ground.
A photograph of anything else is fine.

So, any finalists? Actually, if you say that we can order them on packs of 1 each without increasing the cost, we could go for whatever we like, right? In that case I think I would order 2 different ones.

Hi!
Jimbo's correct. He's the owner of the photograph so there's to issue with GW.

Jimbo is probably correct about this, but it is still using a recognisable GW image to promote an unaffiliated web site. Whether GW could actually do anything about it or not, I dont think that they would like it. If they threw enough money at it, they might have a legal case.
I will certainly put together a selection of EpiComms stuff. I am thinking about a cap with the bronze&bolts, and a T Shirt with something different.... If I let this go or forget, please someone remind me when the EPICentre is sorted out. In fact, I might get one now 'to check the quality...'

Hi!
In practical terms, if you have enough money you can always win a legal battle due to attrition. There is no defense against that. But, in terms on how the law works, if you paint it and take a picture of it, the IP belongs to the picture taker.
IF GW wanted to be nasty about, sure , you'd back out, but lets think it will not come to that.

There is no defense against that. | I do not know about outside the US, but in the US this is very true. But it is also true you can often get a company to settle if the cost of fighting you is more then you are asking for.
There is a whole group of people who make their living sueing large companies for 1-5k each suit.
Anyway, back to the subject at hand, I want a T-Shirt!
