I was sad to see that some auctions I was a bidder on just closed early. The seller rejected our bids and closed the auctions.
When I wrote him, he said that he had a "better" offer from someone so he sold the whole thing to one person. 
Oh well, better luck next time.

It is one of those things they will let happen as long as it does not happen to often.
I could report him, but unless he has done it a lot, there is not much they will do.
