I hope I am not getting too much off topic for the list.
In response to my earlier email, I have been asked by alot of people who are
not in my area.....(explains why it is so hard to get a good game going where
I live).
Some of you, who have responded, have offered cash, paypal, etc., I am not in this to make a profit, I am not getting out of the hobby, just
looking to exchange with another group who has models for trade.
My difficulty is that I work alot of hours, and I have two very young kids.
That means my time is at a premium. I really do not want to dig into box
after box of sprues and painted figs so that I can max out my return.
I would be willing to let a third party proxy do the work, if anyone knows
people in my area, contact them, let them know what is going on. Work out a
deal with them and have them trade on your behalf.
I do suggest that whoever you have do the negotiations, make sure they know
what they are looking at, I have a collection that includes almost every
model ever made for epic and they may be a little overwhelmed by the variety.
I've got email at my place, once they see what I have, they can email your
group immediately and negotiations can begin.
I am looking for painted/unpainted fig's for mordheim or bloodbowl, or some
other cash settlement that would get me some molds from hirstarts.
This offer is not going on ebay or any other trading site, if I don't have a
trade happening in the next month or so, the pieces are going back to
collecting dust in the basement until I can generate another gaming group.
