Hi! I think this is the best place to write this, as i really need advice fast.

Almost a month ago i bought a Hydra squadron via e-bay. I sent the money using Pay Pal but the minis haven't arrived yet and the guy who sold me them doesn't answer my e-mails. What do you think i should do? i ask for your advice as i have never had a problem like this with e-bay.

Ebay has a dispute centre on line. Find it an place a complaint about the member. Key things to do first though are.

1. Check the means by which it was shipped Air or surface. I am waiting a similar timeframe for an item to arrive by surface.
2. Have all the relevant emails to send to them, the one from the member for the sale, the one from paypal indicating payment and anything you have written to prove a period of correspondance without response.

If the item is within you own country, something is deffinately amiss. Hope this helps. Did you check out the post ref Death from above, i PM the details to you.

Good luck
CAL

I had a problem similar to this a while back. ?If your emails are still unanswered then start a claim for undelivered items. ?eBay can provide contact information for the seller like phone number and real name. ?Give them a ring! It normally helps. ?If that doesn't work progress the dispute and Paypal will attempt to recover the funds from the seller. ?This will only work out if they have funds in their paypal account though.

Good luck by the way, hope it works out.

Do you know if the guy has any current auctions going on?

Sign into your account and look for a link called the Dispute console, it's normally on the My Ebay views bar on the left.  Load that and then start a claim from there.  Just need details like the paypal transaction (the system can trace this most of the time) and auction number (again the system can identify ones for you)

Forget further emails to the guy ? you gave him his chance to reply and he didn?t.  Start a claim ASAP.

I agree with previous advice.

Do you want to share the sellar's name with us so that we know to be careful/avoid his auctions?

Cheers

James

Aye, start the claims process, I've had good experiences with it before.

Also, check Paypal's dispute policy -- there's a time limit on how long you have to file a claim.  I lost $40 by waiting too long, once.

You must start the process before 45 days have passed.
