I want them. All I can get ahold of, but especially small. I'm not interested in the ones with texture and less inclined for the ones with holes (though I will take them)

I have several small and large, all plain. I've decided not to use them. I'll count what I have and let you know.

Found them, looks like I have 17 large medium and 42 small. I'll PM you.

These bases will be increasingly hard to find. After a chat with one of my old hobby store connections, it seems the FoW people had made these "scarce" to push other bases in their lines. There are nowhere to found online and probably not at stores anymore.

I am still getting them from New Zealand directly, although it takes time.

I suggest looking into these guys that make alternatives FoW compatible bases at a much cheaper price and readily available.

Good find Primarch. Any idea what material they are made of? And what thickness do you recommend? Anyone know how thick FoW are?

Yeah I'll be moving over to other bases eventually but since my Marines, guard, and Chaos are all already using FoW, I want to continue with them for consistency. It's the angles on the edges that make MDF alternatives stand out currently (not aware of anyone machining that edge style so correct me if I'm wrong)

Something to consider for folks in the US is Litko. With shipping it might be more economical than what Primarch mentioned. But I haven't done the math yet. They have some FoW equivalent bases in plywood and flexible steel. No experience with them though.

Hi!

I'm doing mine at 2mm, which is what I believe the original FoW thickness is. They give you the option of going 3mm thickness as well.

I can't ever remember what the material is. Some kind of "wood" that all those people with laser cutters people use.

These should do the trick? Not seen them in real time though.

That is actually who I plan to use for my other armies. However they do not mix well with existing FoW bases due to the beveled / angled edges (or lack thereof).

Hey lindstrom, thank for digging through, mate. I've just got the good hooked up on the medium and large sizes so probably cost prohibitive on the single small base. I really appreciate you looking though.
