Just thought I'd link to a friend's painted dark angel army for sale over on the australian wargaming boards as he doesn't post here, and perhaps there's someone here who'd like some painted space marines. It's a pretty fair deal I think. Hm... links working for me. He wants $210 australian including registered post. I'd imagine it wouldn't be much of a premium for international postage. Register on WAU and post in the sale thread if you are interested. |

Ah... I'd forgotten that WAU doesn't allow access to the Buy Swap Sell forums without registration... That would explain the problems last time I linked some of his stuff. Here's the text. There's pictures in the thread if you are interested. AMTL LOT: comes with 10 paladin knights, 2 plastic (Beetleback) titans and a (Metal, MKII I believe) Warlord titan also included is a Imperator titan. Now i know these geezers are rare as. Unssembled but its missing one part sad.gif off the back tower in the centre with the little pew pew gun on top of it, i know most epic players wont give a wang about this but i thought id let you guys know. 180 for the lot. SM LOT: My entire Space Marine epic collection. Oh god where do i start for starters theres frames here that are untouched and theres some frames with some bitsamabobs missing. However in teh case theres as stupid amount of rhinos (easlily 20+) around 2 thunderhawk gunships or even more, around 10+ landraiders, 5+ whirlwinds , 5+ landspeeders and HEAPS MORE FIGURES ON AND OFF BASES!! and much more, you can easily make 2-3 space marine armies out of this box i reckon. This would suit a group of guys that want to either expand on their marine armies, or a crazy fanatic of epic space marines that wants to build something eqivalent of a legion like out of the horus heresy. You can also convert these geezers into chaos marines if you were crafty enough too. Ill even throw in all my epic order dice in this space marine obsenity and a pack of epic bases too. 275 for the lot If you need to know how much that is it's in AUS dollars. Im inclined to agree TBH, the marine lot is actually far from what i would consider alot and far from being able to compose 2-3 marine armies from. And the titan lot is what i would expect to pay top end at most, and thats vastly counting on the knight paladins being metal and varied poses. But thats just my 2 cents worth, take it with a grain of salt. Cheers Tim NZ |

They're plastic knights. Meh, I really don't know what most of that stuff is worth, I'm just cross posting for a friend who doesn't visit these boards. If it doesn't sell in a little bit of time I'll let him know he's pricing too high and he might drop, or if you're interested in the lot I'm sure he's open to negotiation. The marine lot is a few tackle boxes full of odds and ends, so is probably far more stuff then he listed in the description, the pics are more descriptive. |
