He did run a KS after all this started, and I understand some people have not received anything. Excuses range from "the Italian postal system lost the parcels" to "My washing machine broke down and I have to deal with it", and a whole lot inbetween... |

some updates on his facebook page just now about how international packages are starting to get returned so [shrugs] at least you may not be out of your 200 quid, eventually |

That sucks! I didn't know you had commissioned them. I ordered a smaller order of Tau things from him shortly before he stopped selling them around a month ago but I have yet to receive anything. Hopefully they're just delayed but who knows, he hasn't replied to my email checking back on them. Edited to add: it looks like the guy is struggling with the store and has decided to close it down due to various issues. He claims he will send out all that is owed but might be slow with that and communication. Who know how this will turn out? |

I ordered some Star Wars minins and received 1st package, although apartment number on the package was wrong and only by miracle I was able to pick it up from the post office. I assume that some of the missing parcels could be due to similar typos in other peoples addresses. I ordered 4 packs around 2 or 3 months ago and still haven't received 2 of them, but I got a reposne from him so hopefully they will get to me soon. |

Well I hope you guys get your models. I can't help but get the feeling I've got more chance of seeing my Shadow Spectres on somebody else's hobby thread than actually holding them in my own hands... |

My order from him arrived at last  He even threw in a free pack of Krootoxes. They look nice, though I have 3 stands of these already and I doubt I'd ever use more. Did you commission these too Elsmore? I'm happy to post the Krootoxes to you for you to have for free if you want them. Shame I missed out on the Shadow Spectres, but I was too slow ordering. |

I’ll add my name to the list of users with unfulfilled 6mm miniature orders. Ordered the Rebel One set and some Tau January 2020. After no updates on status and unhelpful responses comms went dark in August. After ignoring multiple messages for an update received a…very upset response about how he was on the verge of ruin. I did, however, get another ‘assurance’ my items were posting shortly. Shame since I really like his stuff and especially all the kroot options. Even made an awesome looking knarloc. If anyone starts receiving their orders would be great to know. |

Apparently a parcel was posted to me via Poste Italiane on the 27th December. It's still at a sorting center in Italy, and even if it does go somewhere, I fear it will go to Sweden, which is apparently where the last parcel ended up if the previous tracking number is to be believed. No communication whatsoever from the seller, just a 'shipped' email generated by the seller's eCommerce system. I'm past caring tbh. New Year, new projects. |

Well, I almost don't believe my eyes! Package arrived. We already know communication is poor, and the models are excellent. What I can add is: - Everything packaged really well - Generally packs included a few extra models, which is nice Oh - and the package is still at the sorting centre according to Poste Italiane. Slick. So if he could just sort out comms and use a decent carrier, it would make a big difference. |
