To be honest, then stop now. The Minmax site started out as a little list just like yours. Then it got real complex as two things happened. First two people who both had a "Good" rate had a trade go bad. Both wanted the other marked as a bad trader. Then right after that, a few people complained that they did not get credit for trades they had done. Between the two events, it became a chore rather then a fun thing done to help.

Now, to be fair we have less people, but it still could get to be quite a chore to keep up the listing. I thought it might make it better for you to look at how they organized theirs now, it seems to be less work.

In any case, enjoy and do what ever you feel is right.  :)

I must admit that the thought of something like this does make me a little nervous.  :)  I can see situations where two people simply state opposite views (ie member A says that the trade with B went badly, and B simply says that A is trying to cause problems). It may be easier to simply have a more informal system, whereby if someone makes a trade then they simply announce their intention to do so, and other members can state whether they have traded with the person in the past and how well it went.

Alternatively, simply using a number which goes up by one for a good trade and down for a bad trade may be simpler, but again this does not stop people inventing bad trades. Whatever happens, I am inherantly lazy and would not want to take this task myself! I salute anyone who would like to develop it.  :D

If someone wants to withdraw an endorsement, that's fine.

Otherwise, it shopuld be easy to see if someone is so very much endorsed thatt hey are a good trader.

I don't foresee any problems. We all tend to know each other.

Either way, I will support you Maksim. Just wanted to a) offer one site who took on what you are doing and did so somewhat well, and b) offer a word of advice.

Which really is the crux of the matter, I firmly believe that NOBODY here would be a bad trading partner and that seems to be bourne out, I would really hate to be proved wrong.
