Post subject:  Help!  I need to standardize my Predators!
I have, thanks to my irregular methods of collecting, accumulated a bizarre collection of Epic Predators.  I have the following.

Six Mk.I's (can't find a pic;  like a Mk.II, but with a squarish turret)


Three Mk.II's




Three  Mk.IV's (one missing its starboard sponson) -- Two Annihilators and one Devastator

 


Four Mk.V's (one missing its turret) -- Two Devastators and one Annihilator, plus one "headless"




Anyway, my goal here is to put together a uniform Pred force.  My preference is in the following order:

Mk.I's (squarish turret)
Mk.V's
Mk.II's

I really dislike the Mk.IV's;  tanks shouldn't look like they're waddling.  I'd like to trade straight across, if possible (although I acknowledge that people with Mk.V's might not), so if you have a mix-and-matched force as well, let's get together and see what we can do for each other.

Surely MK1's were the round turret on a rhino hull with sponsons with round shields? In fact back in a sec with some pictures.

Here is the 2nd ed stuff first, followed by the 1st ed. Note I don't have a pic here of the 2nd ed command turret.

Personally I could do some swaps but am well behind the ones I have said I will already do, its just finding the time to sort through stuff. I don't think however I have any of the round top 2nd ed's, so could be interested in those.

If I'm getting this right, what you are calling the Mark Is are actually the Mark IIs - The squarish turret, sponsons not separate parts but moulded onto the hull.

If that's right, I have 6 of them for trade. (Well, I have them for trade even if that's wrong, but then it's useless....... ::):)

I also have a pair of Mark IV's who are very lonely, underused and need buddies.

Any interest?

Huh... looks like the EPICentre Imperial Hardware Book steered me wrong.  Okay, then I still have six of the squarish ones;  old_gamer, I'd love to add yours to the mix.  I've got two-and-a-half Mk.IV's, three-and-a-half Mk.V's, and three of the Mk.I's;  let me know a mix of the above that you'd like and where to send them!

I still have three Mk.I's, then, if anyone wants to cut some kind of a deal for them.  I'm always interested in Chimeras, too, so we could work something out along those lines.

I don't know if this is any good to you, but there are 3 Mark I preds on ebay. Looks like the seller was misled too - they're calling them Mark II.
