					| This particular board relies heavily on the honesty and trust of the members here. In addition, I am unwilling to impose hard rules about conduct here. However, while the threads are largely in the hands of the trader/original poster, I would like to suggest certain 'good practice' principles as advisable for trades conducted.
 Reservation by Post/Message

All trades should be conducted in the open, via standard posts in thread. I would like to discourage members from sending Private Messages (PMs), emails or other private methods when asking questions, making offers or requesting reservations. This stops disappointment when the item that you think is still available has already been reserved through 'hidden' channels.

 Cross Posting Advertisements

Apparently, there are other forums out there on the web!
If people advertise items here, as well as in other places, that is fine. However, when an item becomes unavailable due a transaction elsewhere, please do make a post in the relevant thread here (not just editing the first post as this may be missed).
 Thanks.

					| Customs and Import Duty
Just an additional note, when sending items internationally please do take note of the import taxes and declaration of value. This applies to both sending and receiving goods - when sending note the valuation stated on the package, when receiving be aware that it may cost extra when import tax is added. It is impossible to set up guidelines for this, as it depends on the country the items are being sent to.
