Post subject:  Necron Warbarques for sale/trade
I have been doing castings of the Necron Warbarque lately simply because I need to mix larger batches of resin when pouring some of my smaller moulds.  The Warbarque is a pretty big piece so it allows me to mix the resin parts more evenly.

The result is that while I have been experimenting with the Dark Eldar Raider moulds, I have made a handful of Warbarques.  

Is anyone interested in them?  The model isn't perfect - there are little bubbles and the back assembly isn't a perfect right-angle, but it looks pretty close to the original concept model.

It would come in two pieces: the main body and the rear assembly.  The gun on top I never made a mould for but I could probably do so if there was a high enough demand for it.  With a little more time, I can add the gun barrels and with some extra effort I can add the landing gear as well (these are a pain, but if enough people wanted them I could make them assembly line style).  :;):

I know I owe Hoyjn one of them, but the rest are up for grabs.  PM me or just post here with questions.

Okay folks.  PM's and emails have been sent.  But to answer some questions:

The Warbarque is the new unit from the Necron list.  It is a War Engine with skimmer and portal abilities with the potential to be a supreme commander (upgrade).  You can take 0-2 per list.

I do not have a top turret mould, but I will work on one this week  It shouldn't be too difficult except for the green rods.  I have a finite number of these so we'll see how things go.  If you want the top turret, you'll have to wait.

As for the cost, I'm willing to work with everyone.  I'm not looking to get rich - just help me defer the costs of the resin and parts so I can continue my mad experiments at building a Dark Eldar army.  Unless you request otherwise, I'll ship these with the side/front guns drilled and unassembled (I don't want them to break off).  The landing gear will not be attached (impossible to mould), however if you want the landing gear let me know and I'll work it out with you.

Of course anyone who gets one of my Warbarques is required to paint it and post pictures of it asap. :D

I think I could comply with this requirement.

As long as you don't expect a very good pic (or paintjob for that matter) and don't expect the rest of my Necron army to follow anytime soon!  :laugh:
