thanks for the photos guys- they make loads more sense even if things just got a hell of a lot more complicated than I first thought! I think that myself and tc are talking about the basic Mk2a. sans stowage etc.
What era were the mk 2 variants released in- the only one I was familiar with (collected between 1993 & 1996) was the basic turret mk 2a.
Also- tchristney i pmed you, sorry for the delay was away from a pc for a few days.

The Mk.2b was released at the same time the 2a was ... I have a W/D with them side by side in the back where new stuff was released and posted, in those days. The Mk.2a "Gypsy" was never released publically ... I had a buddy who used work in the G/W US "Molding/moulding Room" ... a Sleeper Cell ! Glad to help ! Daf & I make a good photo recon Tm !
