Funny how paypal assumes that you are semi-moronic in their answer :lol:
I wqould do likelwise: last opportunity.
- Reclaim money - repay it - Wait a week. No answer --> bad feedback on the guy AND recall the money.
In the later case you ar elikely to get bad feedback yourself, but that is tough luck to encounter a prat on the other side of the transaction.

Given the.... slightly damp conditions in Derbyshire, and the Postal strike I can understand that. From experience I'd say I'll probably recieve the item Thursday, 10ish if RM are operating as usual next week.

As predicted the titan arrived today, The botom of the base is missing as is the card shield counter but checking the photo they seem to be missing there as well. I'll have to scrounge from my old beetleback... Now I just need a paintscheme...
