So long as the primer isn't heavy, nope. Color doesn't matter either (primer or plastic)

I have some. I also have spare AOT turrets that may be useful for the same purpose. How many do you need?

heya, I still have like 84 battlewagons w/ turrets. I'll sell the BW + turret for 15 cents each, + shipping. If that works for you just let me know how many you need, and I can send you unpainted ones, since I probably have about 30-50 of those still. most are green or blue plastic.
