This is my understanding also.

Just went and looked, the old "Not taking sides" language is still there. And based on the Rate Explination, a negative is a negative, and it counts.

FYI for those who may be bidding on this guy's stuff...

He came through.  Items arrived early this week (5 1/2 weeks after the auction closed) but he threw in a couple extra mini's to compensate.

Not sure what happened with him, but I promised him I'd post over here when the package got to me.
