That is way silly. It is not all painted, no metals in the lot, and the paint job looks below average to boot.  :L

Hi!

The official cult holidays are:

1. Any day you close a deal on a rare OOP epic model
2. Anytime you purchase 1k US in epic models
3. The day you reach 50k in any one epic army.

The Ultra special ones are:

1. The day any of your armies top 100k
2. Any epic minis purchase of over 2k US

On such days you must light incense around a CI epic model and meditated for 1 hour.

Of course the one TRUE holiday of which its occurance is once in a lifetime is the day the cult leader tops ONE MILLION points.

On such a day the cult leader will give away all his horded bits and extra which he has horded (since they are no longer needed) amongst the faithful, a 100k memorial game shall be played to celebrate the event and all cult members must add at least one rare OOP model to their collections within 24 hrs of the blessed event.

At least once a week all cult members must drool over the GW mini catalogue and fantasize over their next purchases.

So it is written....  :p

Hi!

I can beleive what people are willing to pay. Such a high sum for a handful of minis.  :(

The auction Dafrca is bidding on seems all that more attractive after viewing this one.

We are at $158 in minis alone. The Terrain and paint not included.

Guys, right now it is at about $112.  :o  

That is an approximate 30% discount of the raw minis.

Don't forget that you're probably going to pay ~$25 for shipping.

My personal goal for unpainted or badly painted minis is 50% off retail.  For a good paint job, I will go as high as retail.  I also drop my willing price if it is overseas as I've had more than one package seriously damaged and/or delayed with overseas shipping.

That means it pretty much started right at the top of my range.

Good luck, though.  It is a really nifty setup.

At its peak there were maybe 7-9 pages of auctions for a "epic 40k" search. Now its around 3.

Maybe as interest wanes deals will come back.
