The Unseen Phoenix Hawk miniature is one of my personal all-round favorite models, and I simply couldn't resist painting one last year.
As it happens, I just finished taking photos of it after some minor touch-ups that turned out to be neccesary, and realized that the three Phoenix Hawks I've painted in a virtually identical color scheme tell volumes about how my painting evolved.
