Hi, As I mentioned before, I haven't done much except read and enjoy the fine Alaskan weather. Last night I played risk and had such a good time that my drive to paint was restarted, so i based some game pieces and painted them up. Now I'm looking for some decent Napoleonic rules ![]() |

Truly inspired. I myself has some plans for game pieces from the Risk 2210 game. I like those bases, mind if I ask where you got them? |

Greg Lane and some of the other Memphis guys play a 10mm (I think) Naopleonic game using the Risk minis. I think the name is La Petite Armee. From their description, I think it's a step up from "beer and pretzels" games but still not a heavy thinker. Apparently, MB will sell the pieces without the game as replacement pieces but you have to sign an assurance that you aren't buying them to package as part of a commercial venture, i.e. not selling your own game using their minis. You can build a good sized army for next to nothing. |
