Hi all. Just recently came across a photo on my PC of three Sci-fi dwarves I painted last year and thought I'd share it with everyone. They are Grymm by a company called Hasslefree miniatures  set up by the sculptor Kevin Adams ( who's also worked freelance on a lot of stuff for Warmachine and Urban War etc ).

Gotta love those over-sized guns :8): . The models themselves measure about 24mm tall so are a lot smaller than a Space Marine! So it's particularly impressive how much detail Kev has been able to cram into such a small space ( I'd take another picture with a 40k scale model for reference but England in January is not the best time of year to go photographing models :;): ).

Hasslefree is still a pretty small UK based business, so why not head over to their site and support them by buying a few of their models ( by the way, their customer support is the best I've seen yet. You will get your models super-quick if my past experience is anything to go by. Here's the link :

A lot of the ranges are yet to be filled out, but the Grymm are there in force, as are some really cool looking zombie / zombie hunter models. Looking at the upcoming releases on the forum, I can't wait for a couple of halflings in WWI era equipment  .

Those Hasslefree Grymn are rather nice arent they? I have been bitten with the Hasslefree bug (along wih having met Sally and Kev at a few cons and had them point out they need the money to feed their kids :p ):

I plan on using them as Imp Guard with specific doctrines when I have enough :D Which I suspect won't take too long...

I strongly recommend checking out the Hasslefree site, some of the character type figures in particular are stunning.

Grymn are gorgeous models. I'd use them if I started a Squat army in 40k.  :;):

As a side note, does anybody know if there's a lookalike for the Snow White witch (the one the evil queen transformed herself to) in 28mm scale? I have a terrible idea brewing in my mind...

I really couldnt imagine what you are thinking of Majorn.

Spyglass do a couple of pretty sorceress type ladies:

Spyglass (through Heresy)

Heresy is a good company too, and Andy the owner is mates with the Kev and Sally from Hasslefree :)

My personal favourite for evil ladies is Werner Locke and Freebooter:

Freebooter Miniatures

Not sure if those are any use Majorn :;): but they are filled with nice figures so it cant be bad :D

Apologies for topic derailment...
