I disagree Krooza, Great Gargants aren't in scale in Epic. If you read a lot of the graphic novels you can ride a bike under one with quite a bit of clearence. There probably at least half again over what you've got.. The problem really is the sliding scale in Epic the bigger something is the bigger the shrink when the model is made, look at the Thunderhawk or the Warlord if you want proof. The Thunderhawk could never hold enough Epic Marines in it. The Warlord has a little service hatch in the front of it's gatling weopon, shown clearly on the Titan Graphic Novel, but which is not on the SG model. No Epic model would ever fit through the tunnel on the underside of the gatling. |

Ive not based these sizes on any fluff. Its based around the ForgeWorld 40K WarHound Titan. As ForgeWorld are the only offical sorce of large WarMachines it seems sencible to keep Gargants in scale with them. These sizes are wat work best in 40K in my oppion and they certainly dont look undersized on the battlefield ![]() Check out this site to see a 10" MekBoy Gargant I made... http://www.giak.com/40k/warhammer_40k.htm finished n painted by Scarpia ![]() This is wat a mere 7" tall stompa looks like in 40K... ![]() Bigger than u might first imagin ![]() |
