I was wondering if anyone might have any online refrence sites for non-NATO camouflage patterns, specifically vehicular camouflage.
I kind of have the hankering for some different paint jobs to use/stealand seem to be drawing an utter blank with regards to turning anything up.
I'd even cheerfully accept treeware suggestions as well if someone knows of a good book.
Thanks... or should that be Tanks!

Take a look at the Squadron/Signal 'Walkaround' series, as well as the Osprey Elite Warriors series. The Walkarounds are specific for one vehicle, and the Warriors series are focused around a unit. I raided the Elite Warriors: Waffen SS book for camo-schemes for a unit of Salamander Scouts I painted for a friend, and I recommend that book and the Wehrmacht book. The Germans were some of the most prolific camo creators ever.

There are quite a few links in my Blog thread from a few months ago.
Just disregard the bright pink Tank
I started out really liking the WW2 German patterns too, and have many tanks in Ambush scheme etc, but now I am becoming more and more into early WW1 and lesser known patterns from smaller countries.

Specifically, are you looking for modern or WWII camos? Or both?

Thanks for all the responses guys.
Lion: I do actually have a couple of the Squadron books but they were not quite what I was looking for. I'll definitely take a look at the elite series as well though. thanks.
Mojarn: I'm looking for pretty much anything thats not your standard 3 tone NATO scheme. Be it a lesser known WWII pattern or modern ones. I've been trying to find Russian/Pact schemes without too much luck.
L4: PM will be sent shortly.
And lastly thanks Tas, I'll skim through your blog for sure.
Cheers guys ~Tom
