Howdy, just wondering if anyone who went to Games Day this year saw if there were any Specialist Game minis being previewed - especially Epic stuff?

Very little new preview stuff across the whole venue (or I missed it). Forgeworld had some nice Epic Eldar aircraft. The FW seminar was fun (as usual). Yes I do have pictures, 249, please be aware it will take time to sort and more importantly, last year my photos did take my website down (bandwidth issues) which means I need to be aware of that for this year. |

And let us not for get the Epic GK Grand Master from FW too. Apparently the Hellblade is WIP, and we'll see Phoenix in the same style as the FW ones soon (Jimbo is referring to Nightwings above). Feral Orks confirmed as a Jan/Feb release (by JJ), with new metal infantry, etc. Only thing I got out of him after that was that the Chaos sprues will be untouched when they're rereleased. Might see some new Mars-pattern FW Warhounds, according to WIll Hayes, who feels the current Epic ones are too small. We'll also not see anything in Epic scale that hasnt been done in 40k scale first, apparently, as it means we get nice Epic models. I'm not arguing with the logic, merely the delay it'll place on a FW Imperator

Whoopieee! Thanks! It is beautiful! Can't wait to see (and buy) the GK Grand Master. Great news about the Chaos spures as well. they're more expensive than CIs on Ebay these days! (I still can't bring it on myself to sell the ones I've got though... Cheers!

An Eldar Nightwing more in line with the current Forge World design... And less "plump" than the current SG version... I know I'll be getting some... Cheers!

This vehicle won the Slayer Sword at the Golden Demon...  Though personally I thought this one should have won.

Ah yes. I remember seeing WIP pics of that model. The radar dish rotates and there's small back lit LED right? By any means it is an awsome piece of work. |

So for Epic F/W = GK/GM, two Eldar Aircraft, Hellblade and maybe another Warhound ... interesting but nothing earthshaking ! No Knarlocs !!!
