You're probably right. That's probably also the reason why they chose to sell it through E-bay. I checked the company website: They've bought the domain but the site is not up yet.
However I don't think GW should prosecute such people -they should hire them! I'm not too happy about the lack of detail on the towers but overall it really is an amazing model. Even more so when you consider the problem with castin such complex shapes.

RoboSapien is very cool. I am sure that I will get one in the near future (as soon as I can justify it... I already have an Aibo!). I wouldnt convert it at that price though!
