Hi again. Just a quick newsletter today. Why? Because there isn?t much I can say about these two models that can do them the justice they deserve.

As I?ve said before, the Forge World range of Daemonhunters models have proven very popular. So it should come as no surprise to you to see another new release for this so enigmatic collection of models. Click on the following link to see the latest of Simon Egan?s creations, http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/gktc.htm Believe it or not, this is actually a seven piece kit! Body, arms, shoulder pads, head and purity seals. Is it finely detailed? There is writing on the breastplate of this guy with handsculpted letters that are less than 1mm tall that you can read!
The Grey Knights Tank Commander is available on our online store to pre-order now and is released week commencing April 26th.

It hasn?t been too much of a secret that we?ve had Daniel Cockersell working on a new Bloodthirster model over the past few months. Some of you may have even seen it as it was being worked on at some of the events we attended late last year. Well he?s finished it and we?ve just managed to get a couple of early castings delivered these last few days. Take a look folks, http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/bloodt.htm
Please note that there are 5 pages of pictures there for you to enjoy. The last picture on the 5th page shows all the separate pieces of the Bloodthirster. There you can see we have been careful to remove all the little pointy bits from the body and wings that might break in the post. It also shows one tail of the whip on the sprue as you get it, and the other after being bent into the shape we wanted.
This IS a Warhammer/40K scale model, it is HUGE, and it?s all your fault! Since we started making large monsters you folks out there have been asking for more and more of them. To date, the most asked for monsters were large Daemons, and a large Bloodthirster was by far the most popular request of all.
We hope to be able to bring you background and details specific to this Bloodthirster in the near future.
The new Bloodthirster is available to pre-order now for release week commencing April 26th.

http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/acatalo....11.html ?As ever, all pre-orders are not charged until they are ready to be sent out and are despatched in the order that we receive them.

Rules update! Warwick has just given us the new V.4 set of rules for the Kroot Great Knarlocs. http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/downloads40k.htm ?Check them out and let him know what you think at imperialarmour@games-workshop.co.uk

And a last little bit of news. Lots of people have contacted us asking to see the underside of the New Eldar Scorpion we showed a couple of weeks ago. We?ve updated the pictures here http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/scorp2.htm which give a good view of the Scorpion?s belly and its base.
Thx,

Ewen Little,
Forge World.

I can't believe that thing is balanced enough to sit on such a small base!  :o

Well its on a very short stand, and the turret and the weight of the turret should counter balance the long over-hang on the front.
