I checked the Armorcast archive pages and in there it says that their Great Gargant is (or was) 13". Go figure. Judging from Epic scale models, the 13" sounds about right for a Mekboy gargant while a slasher would be some 1,5 times higher ( 19,5 ") and a Great Gargant would be 2 times higher (26").

Theres a WH40k Great Gargant on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws....IT&rd=1 Seller says its 13" high, that doesnt sound right to me. By my reakoning 13" would be Stomper size. If anyone know what hight the following should be let me know. Great Gargant Ork Gargant "Slasher Gargant" Mekboy or Stomper
Thanx guys | Just Multiply everything up by 5. Thats the "true" scale comparison & it will fit the ranges well - its what FW use when they're scaling up/down their figures (except the titans, then they used 6.5, But I cant imagine you being one to cut back..... ).

Quote (kr00za @ 28 2004 Jan.,16:56) | Anyone know how tall the FW Warhound Titan is? | I think I remember Will saying the warhound is 10 inches tall, which would make the Great gargant a little onteh short side with that converson at 13inches. It will say the height on the FW website if you want to look it up accurately)

I just got my EA rulebook today. In a fluff piece a (great?)gargant is described as being 70 metres tall which -with a quick guesstimate- would make it some 50-60 cm. tall in 40k terms. Also there's the "Big Toof River" battlescene from WD 215 where the GW modelling team made a 40k scale Great Gargent. On one of the pics one of the "Mekboyz" has replaced the gargant's head with his own -anyway it is pretty big!
Cheers!

Did you mean one like this one...

gives you a better idea of the size.
If I had $150 I would certainly buy it!
What I would say is that as Gargants are built individually they can be any size you like...

What's playing 40k got to do with it? The thing is impressive enough to be a first-class decoration.

You are right, Mojarn. I'd buy the thing just to sit on my gaming shelf. If I had the money, that is.
