Here ya go:

*******************************************
Welcome to the latest Forge World Newsletter.

Well Games Day UK has been and gone and hopefully fun was had by all. It was a very busy day and our stock levels are suffering a little as a result, but our casters are busy working away to get everything back to normal however orders may take an extra couple of days to reach you.
Next up is GamesDay Australia. http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/shows.htm
Forge World will be making its presence felt down under in the form of yours truly. That's right, if you're in Australia and want to get those Forge World items first hand, here's your chance. As usual, we will be taking reservation orders for Games Day. If you are going to be attending Games Day Australia and there are some models that you just can't do without, then send a Reservation Order to forgeworld@games-workshop.co.uk ?Please put Games Day Oz Reservation as the subject line so that we can spot them easily. Games Day Oz will be a limited amount so to make sure you get what you want please place a reservation. We will do our best to get everything wanted at Games Day but to stand the best chance, please get your reservation to us by Monday 22nd September.

Something that the attendees of Games Day UK would have noticed is our range of T-shirts. These are in limited quantities so if you want one in a particular size please be quick. When they are gone that's it. The front of these
T-shirts depict the badge and name of a famous Imperial Guard Regiment, while the rear shows the vehicle most typified by that regiment. You can take a look at them on our Online store by following this link.

We also have a great new Collector's Series model of an Ork Stikk Bomma. This model measure approximately 5" from base to top. Armed with a slugga and stikk bomz the Ork is depicted in mid throw with the pin from his stikk bom lying at his feet. You can see some pictures of this model ?here
http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/stikkbommer.htm
It is also available for pre-order on our online store.

This link http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/chaostitan.htm will take you to some new pictures of the Chaos Warhound Titan. These shots are of our painted Titan and the paint really brings out all those horrible details. This truly is a masterpiece of sculpting.

We also have a new supplement sheet for our catalogue. This can be downloaded in PDF format from our website. http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/PDF/catalogue.pdf ?
If you would like a printed copy then please send us an email to forgeworldcatreq@games-workshop.co.uk containing your postal address and we will send one out to you along with our current catalogue. Please put Catalogue Request as the subject line.

I've just been down to see Warwick in his little den downstairs and he told me that he's putting the finishing touches to an FAQ for the Imperial Armour:
Vol 1 hardback book. He's also done some experimental rules for the Chaos Titan. These are the first draft of the rules so why not try them out and give him some feedback. Please send the feedback to imperialarmour@games-workshop.co.uk
The Chaos Titan rules can be seen here

The Imperial Armour FAQ can be seen ?here

Hi!

I assume the chaos titans they mention are 40k scale.

Now it would be funny that 40k got them before epic did...or maybe not so funny... :{

you never know...now that 40k have the chaos titan and the FW titans were a success in general you might see them in the near future.

Consider this : they might do another big epic release like oct 6th, just before christmas:) sounds good eh? well it would be a nice thought  :;):

Will said to me at GD that he will be making a Mars pattern Warhound (the one with the curved carapace) and also a Chaos version (both in Epic in case you hadn't guessed).

FW will also be making a 40K scale Reaver or Warlord....

Chris actually asked Tony C in the FW seminar at GamesDay wether they would be producing the Mars pattern Titan in Epic scale- the answer was yes.. can't remember what else he said.. so I'm sure we'll get a chaos titan eventually..

Hi!

A new warhound is okay, but the old one was pretty darn good. I just can get over them making even more things for armies that have an overflow of minis when there are other armies that need more minis.

Oh well, hopefully chaos stuff is not to far away.

I've been saying that for years. Tony must lets the "artists" do what they want. Good thing he works for G/W-F/W.  He wouldn't make it in a "real" job, that required management skills, other then making decisions based upon, "Oh that looks cool !"   }:)

The problem with Tony is that he'll NEVER say "no" to anything. I always take info from his mouth with a pinch of salt & try to get my news from Ewen instead who's a slightly more realistic optomist.

Having said that, Will does plan to make more epic scale titans. The next one He's working on for 40K is an Eldar Revenant, so we might also see that in epic scale as a decent new version rather than the E40K one!

I did indeed ask Tony about the Mars pattern in Epic scale, and he basically said anything in 40k scale will end up in Epic scale, and in reverse, which led onto a discussion about a 40k scale Manta...

Tony is very much a "yes" man. He will never say no to anything. I noticed that in the seminar.

The FW department does work in a very strange way, in the fact that they will make anything as long as they think it will sell. He said they are only restricted by what they can fit through the door, but can fit a bigger on if need be...

Cheers

Chris

Hi!

I think they wind up doing mostly imperial stuff because it sells better, not sure if the same applies for their epic line, but that seems to be the trend since for every non-IG unit they make there several imperial units are made.
