Post subject:  Wargames-Figure company in the UK
Does anyone know if the Wargames-Figure Co., in the UK have a US company(s) that sells their products ?  I ordered from them 19 Mar.03, got an e-confirmation and that's the last I heard.  I've e-mailed them several times and got nothing ? ???  Doug's checking it out for me on that side of the Atlantic, but I guess, I'd check and see what else I could find out from you guys ... thanks    :)

Well, just to let you all know, after almost 7 weeks, I finally got a reply. ???  They said the models will be sent next week.  I hope so, they charged my Visa account ... :o !  I'm confident I'll have them in my wanton paws, by the end of the month. :D

If anyone reads this, (and I doubt it), I just got those terrain pieces I ordered literally 2 months ago.  They are very nice pieces and worth the wait.  But I'll order direct from the manufacturer, next time ... if ever ?! :)   I order a lot over the net from the UK, and this was the only time it took this long ... whatever ... :p

Hmm, it is a strange situation. Maybe they are having trouble casting? They took there time to send it out to you coz of that? Also, they shouldn't have charged your visa before you even got the models!

Well I e-mailed them several times and never got a reply, they never gave an excuse, even when they finally responed, weeks later, they said they were having e-mail problems ?   And the VISA card change was initiated by my bank, without my consent as an upgrade because I'm a good customer (!?).  So I won't order from them again, and my bank is being managed by idiots ... :D  Murphy's Law - If it can go wrong - it will ...  :)

If you ordered resin products such as cast scenery then the lag time was probably for manufacturing. Most resin terrain companies don't keep much stock and cast to demand.

That may be true, especially since the company that I ordered from was not the manufacture. But if they would have said that after my 5th or 6th e-mail, I would have understood ... since I got no replies, I did not know what happened ...  Well fortunately this transaction is completed. :D   Now once I get my Stompers and terrain from  Signius, I'll declare total victory ! :laugh:
