I was just curious if any one had seen this vehicle from the German company Heavy-Support.com.

IMO it would make a better Russ for two reasons
1) it's larger. The regular Russ is just too small.
2) it looks a LOT better.
It is a bit expensive but with the (probably) small volumes the profit has to come from somewhere.

However, it looks so much like Macharius I just can't understand why GW hasn't shut them down already.
