Ispired by the Homeworld: Cataclysm game, the idea was to put kind of similar orange stuff on the ships hull and paint the rest of the ship as dark and as ghostship-like style. All in all it was pretty nicely done, though the low amount of good lighting and use of flash doesn't really give credit to the paint job that actually looks much better in real life.
I had really fun time in the making of this fleet, mainly becouse the convertion. Lots of GS and some really nasty breaking the standard plastic ship pars. When this was done it was just fiting to make the escorts from different extra bits, but still keeping the similar look between the vessels so that they wouldn't look orkish.
In future i will try to make an another squadron of escorts and maybe buy a grand cruiser to get enough points for a normal 1000-1500p game...
