Just finished a World eater Vindicator, with some weathering using pigments and painted paint chips:

How did you do the mud?

Only point of possible criticism is the mould lines on the shell.

Awesome! A tank worthy of the Bolt Thrower song, dude.

As many have already said that mud looks amazing. I could swear you'd dipped the tank in a puddle : O

Thanks.

Yes, the shell comes in 2 damn parts. I tried to fix it with some liquid "tamiya surface primer", but not good enough. And too thin for green stuff :( What do you use to fill very small gapes?

The mud is made with pure pigments with water, and for the tracks pigments+liquid resin + plaster.

Here is a good link for this:

And yes i Like bolt thrower of course :D

If you mix up a small lump of milliput, squash some into the gaps, then with a soft, wet paint brush (quarter inch wide maybe) just paint the remainder off. Works a treat for filling gaps.
Alternatively you could go to a hard ware store and buy a car body filler, or preferably "Top Stop" which are both very effective gap and crack fillers, een on minute models such as ours.

Nice vindicator too. Like the mud, escpecially the wet and dry difference.
