Back on topic on of my friends (possibly a daemonette) sat on one of my horses that I have spent AGES painting, it is ok, the odd chipped bit but has come off it's base.

Bases are next on the agenda for the horses, then when they are finished I will upload an image.

(Tuff how much would it be for you to paint over them and it look like I can paint :p).

No game last night unfortunatly, but it gave me some extra time to do some more modelling- I converted a grapnel launcher for my heavy, and finished repainting him and another ganger....

Not really much. Didn't feel like converting or painting anything recently, but made an awesome new version of the pixel-scale Necron.

The attached file has the old version, the new standing upright and the new version holding a Gauss Flayer.

Finally finished painting all of my Epic Iron Hands with their black undercoat and added the silver detailing to most of the troops.
Also begun a WFB Gobbo horde which I hope will inspire me to do more conversions and possibly get back to painting every day. Ho-hum. :)

Well the Big Gunz...

- I'm working on a mortar from a Squat Land Train mounted on an E-40K Ork Trak set.

- I mounted a longer barrel on an old Tractor Beam (looks like a WWII Brit 17 lber) plus I got a Mighty Empires cannon and put a muzzle brake on it. ?

- I'm playing with mounting an E-40K Basilisk cannon on Battle Fortress Tracks and making some Soopa Gunz. May use Baneblade tracks too. ?

My Hunters include:

- Mounting the old Dropship twin barreled turret on various E-40K Razorback chassis.

- SM-1 Pred hulls with E-40K Razorback tracks and the old SM-1 Titan Rear Carapace Multi-laser turret.

- I?Mounted these on E-40K Whirlwind Hulls too.

- Twin Warmonger Turret cannons mounted on SM-1 Rhino Hulls, but instead of Tracks I used four half beads per hull, from the craft store on the bottom as vectoring thrusters... these are now GEVs! :;): ?

- Mounted an E-40K Annihilator Turret with a modified barrel (a 15mm Vickers MG) on an SM-1 Pred Hull. Kind of neat! :D

I have done something similar, but I used Flakwagons.

I too have been making some Big Gunz, spare gargant weaponry mounted on the old skull wagons, as well as converting a few to look more like trukks (will try and get some pics up shortly)
Also IG artillery arrived (ordered with the SHT's, and to the wrong address!) so primed those last night whilst watching football

Hi!

That conversion looks very good Jimbo!

It seems the old basilisk cannon fits very well in the space of the back of the trukk too.
