Until I got my "War Room" ... my bed was my gaming table ! Covered it with my old camo poncho liner, put out all my SM1 buildings, G/W craters etc., and let the games begin !

Quote (stormseer @ 24 2004 June,14:47) | Er- I don't play or collect 'Nids, so this is an educated guess: Bodies/backs from one of the larger creatures for the curved carapace, with one of the guns as the nose, some talons for the wing-bits... | Close enough. The body is from an old second edition Tyranid Warrior, the front is a new Deathspitter, the back legs are Hormi mid-section legs, the front scyths are Hormi claws, and the mid spikes are Epic Listor elbows.... yes!

Quote (the_fifth_horseman @ 25 2004 June,06:27) | Completed working on CD covers. Final versions can be accessed here.. Also there are back covers and templates for the stickers to be put on tops of the recorded CD's. | I see the tray cards do not list the song titles. Is that something you elected not to do?

Finished the Firebase today, after hour upon hour of deadly dull painting sand black and brushing over grey....

Also messed around with some camera tools, and photodeluxe filters & effects... I proudly bring you this funky piece.... ?(its supposed to be the view from a Spyrer hunter as he picks out his next targets...)

Cheers

Good Job!

To change a picture enough to make it look the way you want is a fun thing.
Looks good!

Cheers- I'm planning on making a few more pics like that one- I really need some better software though....
Regarding the Firebase, it isn't actually finished in the photos; I forgot to glue a walkway on, and I decided to add some lichen for interest....

I also drew out my first test sketch for Netepic:Gold.... Its just an Ork Battlewagon, drawn from the Epic catalouge, but I hope you like it...
The image is taken with my digicam as my scanner is out of action, but when I've done a few more, I'll scan them at school, edit out the rough sketchy bits, save them as Gifs, and probably colour them too....
