Is that a 'real' Tiger?  :D

I looked at your 'wish list' for a 6mm science fiction game, and it seems to be close to Seeds of War from DRM. Have you checked this out? It has D10, orders, morale/suppression, alternating activation, no charts and the right scale.

I haven't looked at the latest version, but previous ones didn't have an available method for designing my own forces and assigning point values.

Which DSII has, but I can't get over the chit pull system and the dice conversions seem over complicated.

So what I've ended up with is a mishmosh of rules concepts from several games.

Oh, yeah, it's a real model of a fictitious walking machine called a Tiger.  :alien:

4 Words ... DRM Seeds of War ... may be the best set of Sci-fi I have ever read. :D  And if you are looking for a little more simplicity and playabilty for a bit quicker game ... The Hammer's Slammers Handbook/Rules Pt.1 and Pt.2 Hammer's Anvils ...  But for hardcore, very playable, detailed rules - DRM ... :D

By 'real Tiger' I meant 'cool stripes'.  :D  I have a Tiger in the bag, waiting for assembly. I like it... but prefer the Thunderbird - one of my favourites.

Seeds of War still has no unit design rules. You may need to just throw out the official points value and bolt on your own method of stats/points generation. As long as both sides use the same system, it should work.

Bad karma warning: within 30 minutes of showing off my new 1 TB drive, I put it in an enclosure (don't ask), which then promptly fell off the desk.

Now I have a $250 doorstop.
