Quote (Legion 4 @ 29 2004 Sep.,16:00) | I started working out again on Sunday. I work at gym so, it cost me nothing but time (about an hour &?). ?Cardio and light lifting. ?Nothing heavy. I've lost about 9lbs., so far. | Good luck matey, a little exercise never did anyone any harm. You can always ask her to rub you down afterwards .

Quote (Legion 4 @ 29 2004 Sep.,16:00) | My day off! Hope to work on those Epic Ork Big Gunz. After I do my chores and workout... yes after 6 or 7 years away, I started working out again on Sunday. I work at gym so, it cost me nothing but time (about an hour &?). Cardio and light lifting. Nothing heavy. I've lost about 9lbs., so far.
That started about 4 weeks ago when my "friend" and I had a rather messy "event."?We started talking again about 2 weeks ago... I'll admit she tried but I was stoic for those two weeks. Well again wish me luck, things seem to be going well (?)...
I've been acting weird over the past few months. I'll be 48 in Dec.! ?
Guess I hit the dreaded "mid-life crisis!" (gulp!)
Help! ? ?
Never thought after all the stuff I did as a Grunt, this kind of stuff would effect an "old war horse" like myself! Continue to send me "good vibes!" | Getting back into gym routine is tough- I just started again too after similar long time away. The first month was fine as fired up by adrenaline of doing something positive. Then started to find excuses for not going. Now have got back into again for the second time- have been 4 times so far and still at the "ouch, it aches" stage.
Like yourself my interest in gym resurfaced because of a woman. In my case a colleague who I share a small office with. We have got really close as friends but it will never be anything more unless she decides to leave her boyfriend, with whom she is buying a house with. But we spend a lot of time with each other outside of work. So there is still hope.....
She has even shown some interest in wargaming- she wants me to buy a Forgeworld 40k scale titan becuase she thinks it looks cool. Who am I to resist!!

So good vibes coming your way from someone in similar situation.
Cheers
James

Painted the weapons on some 300 Ultramarines YERCH! Can' stand to see any more blue today! I then began construction of a BFG Space Station based on an old 200 mhz Pentium processor. The main ingredient: Lots of Plastic spure! I figured it'd look really nice as some kind of girder constructions arround the docking bays. At this point it looks like some weird cross between an Oil Rig, a Shipyard and an Airport -As it should be I guess.
Cheers!

Back from the gym ! I have a few Epic intell bitz ! Called the G/W US Trolls, Fanatic #3 just got to the US ! We should have it in a week or two. If you got the Troll Mag and recent W/D, you know that the Siege Infantry and Artillery with Transport will ship around Oct. 12 (?). I'm guessing, that you'll have to buy 2 Arty packs. As they may come with both the howitzer and flak guns (3 each I'm guessing, like with the Whirlwind/Hunter). In mid-Nov. the two Siege tanks should be out and the SM Character Pack ! Also surfed the OGRE site last night ... check out Warehouse 23 link ... OGRE models are available plus Tanks, FA, GEVs, etc. I thought they were gone !
