And now.....since the start of the thread - I've changed several armies I intend to work on. I guess this thread serves to show up my inconsistency.....well, here goes for another list:

Epic - Squatachans! (well they're still around) + Crucible of Champions stuff (for my - ah - free time)
WH40K - switch to Nids (revenge of the GS cult, actually...)
WHFB - High Elves (thanks Justiniel, this is your doing)
LOTR - uruk Hai (hurrah! - still there)
BFG - Imperial (well, still there too!)
MoW - Empire (ta, Mojarn) :D
Warmaster - Undead (my only WM army!)
Necromunda - Axebolti gang (don't ask, it's a nightmare conversion project...)
Space Hulk - stealers! (well, ok, they're also in the 40K army... :p )
Blood Bowl - Humans

Aeronef - Turkish fleet (when they get here)
Spelljammer - Beholder ship

Projects - (a sort of 'open category' including terrain) - Deffsta! I HAVE to get him ready!

HIGH ELVES
Hi all,
part of a new service from Vanvlak Industries, this - pic of the week - hope I'll keep it up. Here's my 1st Elf in my new colour scheme. this is part of a lot of around 57 models traded with Justiniel (yay!  :D ) - 57 new models in, 1 completed....  :(  ???

Anyway, the eldar race amongst you will recognise an Elven representative of the rather old Warhammer plastic regiments boxed set - the one with 10 each Elves, Dark Elves, Skaven, Dwarfs, Orcs and Goblins. Originally intended as a wood elf, I realised his chain mail was incorrect - and realised he'd make a good High Elf shadow warrior - sword, check, bow, check, light armour, check, cloak, check... For a bit more character I painted a half metallic, half pink face - he's wearing a silver and silk mask - if you've seen Kingdom of Heaven, you'll know where this came from. 9 more of these, and then I'll see about some spears. And an Eagle. And other stuff.
Cheers all.  :D

Harumphh, why do I get the blame....
actually I think a certain someone who offered some Chainmail figs should be held accountable

Nice job on the mini 'V' and nice to see them finally put to use, may they expend their lives in your service to achieve great glory  :D
57 minis, hmmmm, does that mean that another 3 are hanging about here somewhere, I'll be sure to forward them on if I come across them.

Hang on Justin, I meant 67! That is, including the other stuff you sent. Sorry, I forgot to count the gobbos in the end!
Eh? Chainmail? Who's offering these?  :p
Great glory - humph, wouldn't know it if I were to eat it by mistake...  :(

Waaahey, there's something in the post! Can't wait 'til tomorrow! :D :D :D

EDIT (tomorrow is now...)
It's Krooza's Forgeworld 40K scale Baneblade - wooohooo! That's a LOT of resin! And now the trouble begins - which army gets it:
- IG?
- Ad Mech?
- Lost and Damned?
- Orks?

I currently favour imperial trends, but whether I'll make it a standard Baneblade, or an Ad Mech weirdo, or something in between is completely unknown.  :D

I vote for standard IG.  The model just just too sweet to really do weird things to it.

Nice Woodelf

Now hang on, is that 'V' for 'very' or 'V' for 'Vanvlak'?  ??? oh my poor caffeine-free mind. Must compensate.  :blues:

They filmed it! They filmed it! That's news. The poster seems faithful; the shaved head too...

I will join you in prayer!  :o

So that is why she shaved her head... My g/f keeps pointing out pictures. Is this the same 'V for Vendetta' as the Moore comic?
