Quote (dafrca @ 04 2005 July,03:10) | Some good looking targets, um.., I mean bugs you got there.
All jokes aside, they look nice.
By the way, I am still looking for the bits you need so I can send them to you. One thing I do not know, is the main body FW or GW?
dafrca | You're write, I never specified - SG (GW), not FW.
Glad you like the targets.

Good grief! Roll out the Bofors! Never heard of this one - I might be tempted....
By the way, Operation Herkules was planned, but never carried out.

The japanese has planned out the invasion of Australia too.
My grandfather was in the occupation forces after the war ended and he came home with a big bankroll of Japanese Invason money - "Imperial Japanese Australian Territories" it says

I have this game! It's pretty good. It does a good job of demonstrating why the Fallschirmjaeger took such heavy casaulties. And the invasion of Malta is a nice "what if" game. ? I have been thinking about unloading my copy since it's been decades since I played it.

ZOMBIE DRAGON
Been some time since I posted a pic here.... anyway, here's a Warhammer zonbie dragon - one of the old Marauder miniatures. The vampire riding him is a snaggle-toothed one-eyed ex-chaos champion, used in an ongoing campaign (vs Bretonnians) as a chaos hero (although the dragon should have an extra head for this role) who's supposed to expire and become a vamp - nice way to start my VC army (with an over-expensive tactically unsound model, that is...)

ZOMBIE DRAGON
Incidentally, this poor chap was once supposed to be the model representing my Chaos overlord, Lord Vhortek of Nurgle. He turned Undead before ever 'living'....

Ohhhh, I like. Shame you can't really see his snaggle-toothed, one-eyed glory, any chance of a close-up? Can you still get those dragons? I havnae seen it before and yours looks wonderful enough to eat

As for the dragon - it was one of the Marauder Miniatures series which were produced for GW in the early 1990s - they included some Skaven, Undead, the occasional Elf (including a dragon rider) and even some Chaos types, I think. This was one of their later models, and came with a wight rider, the upper half of which I replaced with the Chaos warrior. I doubt whether the dragon would be found beyond ebay or collection sales.

ZOMBIE DRAGON RIDER
He still looks more like a Chaos warrior than a vampire. But he IS pale; and not ALL vampires have perfect teeth. So there.
