Latest epic project: Just adding the finishing touches to the New Warhound for Fanatic. Not overly hapy with it, but its come out OK.
I'm not allowed to review or post pics until they release it so I'll leave it there...

Slowly assembling 30 Legionnaires and 20 Interdict marines - in preparation for my next set of painting orders from I-Kore , shouldn't complain really as I do get to keep 'em.

Of course I can: Nout.
First thing that arrived was the Warhound, the day after I put my thoughts on the green on this forum - Eeek! Oh well.....
They have asked me to do the Biel Tan Army for swordwind though, and possibly some other stuff. They're currently just booking my time & I wont know what I'm doing until pretty much when it arrives if the WH is anything to go by.
It appears they are simply seeing what they can get cast in time for me to paint - the Warhound I have is one of the Resin Masters (confused the hell out of me when it arrived - I was expecting metal!) they're in the final rush for the printing deadline!

Good luck getting the Swordwind stuff, I hope it comes through for you.
Also, does the warhound look better once painted?
I wonder what else is being shipped to freelance guys to paint by the deadline...and I wonder what doesn't make the deadline!
Cheers
Chris

Chris- a tip for Ultramarines... I painted mine Um Blue, inked Dark blue, and then gave them a light highlight of SW grey on the very edges of the armour- worked great!

Its not my place to hazard a guess at that.
Those People who liked the green may think I made it look worse. Whilst those people who weren't so keen on the green may think I made it look worse.
No, one momnet, there's got to be a positive option here somewhere....... ?damn ?
Guess You'll have to make your own mind up when the E:A book comes out! ? ?

Oh, because of that jerk dissing you at the Playtesters Forum? It's really sad that as soon as the Mod is gone all the annoying people start showing up. If it can cheer you up I'd say that I was considering posting the exact same question to his post so I don't think you were out of line at all. No reason at all for that other guy to overreact in such a childish way like he did!
...Sorry for getting off topic but I can understand why 5th is in kind of a bad mood. I was myself pretty p***** because of those posts!
Cheers!!

Chris- one thing to remember is to always thin your ink- pretty obvious, but very much key to not making the overall colour of the armour too dark or too shiny...

Warmaster Nice, if you mean Cameronnp, then he's just a son-of-a-bitch the kind of I tend to meet regularly at my high. It's just such sleepiness and laziness that takes over on me sometimes.

A spoiled kid, I think. Too small to stand to the level, so he tries to jump up. He tries to get important with his attitude.
